I’m a celebrant, presenter and writer with bags of experience from hosting stages and panel discussions, radio shows and of course – life ceremonies.
My past gigs include being a journalist and presenter for the BBC World Service, hosting and featuring on panel discussions at events such as Shambala festival and Vevolution, and delivering a Ted Talk about the food justice charity I founded. I'm proud to say I trained as a celebrant with the awesome, progressive and highly experienced Celebrants Collective.
In other words – when it comes to holding space, collaborative working and creating magical live ceremonial experiences - you’re in safe hands!
I’m deeply passionate about creating inclusive, joyful ceremonies that are fun, soulful and uniquely reflective of you. I’ll take the time to get to know you and ensure that together, we’ll craft a ceremony that makes your heart sing.
There can be a lot of pressure on what you should and shouldn’t do to mark life’s major milestones. I’ll empower you to rip up the proverbial rule book, focus on what you truly want, and have the ceremony of your dreams.
Whether that’s up a mountain, on the beach, in fancy dress, on a motorbike, in your favourite restaurant – if it represents your story - I’m here for it. If required I’m happy to roll with your style for the day. Whether that’s a suit, kaftan or Storm Trooper costume – I’m open to your ideas.
